Yes. We offer DHL/UPS expedited delivery service, which can be shortened to 3-5 working days for major European and American countries. You need to select “expedited delivery” and pay additional freight when placing an order. The specific cost is stated on the order page.

It is packaged with a double-layer sealed bottle + shock-proof foam box, and has passed drop and extrusion tests during transportation to ensure that the laundry detergent will not leak. If leakage occurs due to packaging issues, you can apply for a full refund or replacement with photos.

Unshipped orders with the same recipient and address can apply for combined delivery by contacting customer service. After merging, only one freight is charged (based on the heaviest package). Shipped orders cannot be merged.

If points or coupons are used in the refund order, the points will be returned to the original path after the refund is successful (the validity period remains unchanged). If the coupon has not expired, it can be used again. Expired coupons cannot be restored.

For refunds due to product quality or logistics errors, no handling fee will be deducted. For refunds applied for personal reasons, if a discount activity was used at the time of payment, the discounted amount will be deducted (subject to customer service calculation), and there is no other handling fee.

We support delivery to more than 120 countries and regions worldwide, including major countries in Europe and America (such as the United States, Germany, France, etc.), Asia-Pacific regions (such as Japan, Australia, etc.), and other countries.

The logistics time for major countries in Europe and America is 7-12 working days, 10-15 working days for the Asia-Pacific region, and 15-20 working days for other regions. If there are holidays or customs clearance, the time may be slightly extended.

After the order is shipped, the system will send a logistics tracking number to your registered email. You can track the package location in real time on the corresponding logistics official website (such as DHL, UPS, etc.) or the “Order Inquiry” page on Jiahushi’s official website using the tracking number.

The customs duties for international orders shall be borne by the recipient. We will clearly indicate the estimated customs duty amount on the order page, subject to the local customs approval. If you have questions about customs duties, you can contact the local customs or our customer service for assistance.

If the package is lost or damaged due to logistics reasons, please provide photos of the package and logistics proof within 7 days after signing for receipt. We will provide you with free replacement or full refund, and the after-sales customer service will respond 24/7.

Please contact the online customer service first to explain the reason for the refund and provide the order number. After the customer service approves, you need to send the product back according to the guidelines (we will bear the freight for quality issues, and you need to pay for personal reasons). We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product.

The arrival time varies according to the payment method: credit card/PayPal refunds usually take 3-7 working days, Alipay/WeChat Pay International Edition usually takes 1-3 working days, and the bank or payment platform may take 1-2 days to process after the refund arrives.

If you apply for a refund for some products in the order, we will refund the amount according to the actual selling price of the product (after deducting discounts), and the freight and other service fees will not be refunded. The specific amount shall be subject to the customer service calculation.

Yes. After the refund is processed, you can place an order normally on the official website. If you need priority shipping, you can note “reorder after refund” when placing the order, and we will arrange the delivery for you first.
