It can be used with confidence for pregnant women’s clothing and infants’ close-fitting clothing. At the same time, it uses natural fragrances, which have a gentle and non-irritating scent, and are easy to rinse without residue.
It supports delivery to more than 120 countries worldwide. The logistics time for major European and American countries is 7-12 working days, and 15-20 working days for other regions. You can track the logistics information in real time after the order is shipped. If the product is damaged or lost due to logistics, free replacement or full refund is provided, and the after-sales customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment
If there is foam residue, you can appropriately increase the number of rinses or reduce the amount of laundry detergent (adjust according to the dosage instructions). Our laundry detergent is easy to rinse, and there will be no residue problem under normal circumstances. If you still have doubts, you can contact customer service for assistance.
The logistics time for major countries in Europe and America is 7-12 working days, and 15-20 working days for other regions. After the order is shipped, a logistics tracking number will be sent to your email. You can check the package location in real time on the corresponding logistics official website or our order page using the tracking number.
If you need to return or exchange the product, you need to contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the product, provide the order number and problem description (attach pictures if there are quality problems). After approval, we will arrange a return address, and process the refund or replacement within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product.
Cotton and linen fabrics can be machine washed normally; delicate fabrics such as silk and wool are recommended to be hand washed, and the dosage should be reduced and the soaking time should be shortened when using; synthetic fiber fabrics can be washed normally, and it is recommended to air dry them in time after washing to avoid odor.
The shelf life of unopened products is 3 years. It is recommended to use the opened product within 12 months. Please store it in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, to ensure the washing effect.
